A flat monthly retainer per open role — no percentage-of-salary fees, no surprises, no long contracts. The first 60 days cover the heavy lifting: building the search, launching outreach, and filling your pipeline. After 60 days, the rate drops by half to keep the role warm and moving until it’s filled. Month-to-month; pause or cancel anytime.
